How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your dashboard, go to Profile, and click Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No questions asked.
I never received my activation email.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, use the contact form below and include the email address you signed up with — we'll sort it out within a few hours.
Can I switch between Pro and Team plans?
Yes. Contact us using the form below and we'll handle the plan change manually with prorated billing. Self-service plan switching is on the roadmap.
How do I add or remove team members?
Team plan admins can manage members from the Admin tab in the dashboard. You can invite, disable, or remove analysts at any time without contacting support.
Something in a digest looks wrong or outdated.
